  • 255: A post-U.S. election check-in with Tarot and the medicine of the Magician
Hey Soothers. I hope you are well. I am returning from sabbatical with more urgency than I had imagined, given that Trump has won a second term and we are entering scary, chaotic and even stranger times, politically, societally, and spiritually. I asked Tarot what is the guidance podcast listeners most need to hear now, in the wake of the election results, and I received card #1 of the Major Arcana of Tarot: The Magician. Tune in to receive some short guidance around the magic and the medicine of this card. Don't know or care about Tarot? Still check in; I think you'll find some motivation in this episodes. I'll be back soon-ish with more — life updates from my sabbatical, wedding, and new offers. Dec. 4th, workshop with me and Missy Toy Ozeas: How to Trust the Plan When It Feels Like There’s No Plan: Spiritual Surrender in Times of Upheaval, $25, lifetime replayPS: Want to join me for an intentional new year's eve retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains? • 253: The daily routines of healers: Missy Toy Ozeas (and me!)
Hey Soothers! A while back I had this idea to, every once in a while, interview intuitives and healers on their health and self-care routines. I don't know about you, but I'm the kind of person who could read an entire magazine based on people's morning routines alone, so I thought it would be fun to do this for us on this podcast, too. Energy and self-care and health routines are also just extra important to the intuitive empath, to help ground and settle us. And the first person I thought of was my dear friend and colleague, energy healer Missy Toy Ozeas! In this episode Missy and I go into extremely granular detail on our morning routines, our diets, self-care routines, skin care routines, and more! Enjoy!Missy and I have also launched the Empath Visibility Accelerator (EVA)! This is our 12-week program for big-hearted HSPs and empaths who want to be more visible in their work in the world, especially if you have spiritual and intuitive gifts but are a little scared to talk more publicly about them. We get it. In the 12 weeks we'll teach you the exact tactics we used to go from very socially anxious, extremely shy women who hid behind corporate careers working for others, to visible spiritual workers showing up bravely in public. EVA starts July 10th, see you in there! The Sunday Soother podcast is a spin-off of The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality, magic and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways. You can find Catherine on her website catherinedandrews.com, or  @catherineandrews on Instagram.
