C-SPAN's Brian Lamb is Talking With...historian Douglas Brinkley. Educated at Ohio State and Georgetown, Professor Brinkley is a well-known expert on U.S. presidents. He has taught at Hofstra, Tulane, The University of New Orleans, and for the past 17 years at Rice University in Houston.
